At first I thought you were joking. I can't believe someone trades and doesn't understand the importance of VWAP and executing trades according to traded value of that share. Anyway here is some info.
"The aim of using a VWAP trading target is to ensure that the trader executing the order does so in-line with volume on the market."

"Investopedia explains Volume Weighted Average Price - VWAP
The theory is that if the price of a buy trade is lower than the VWAP, it is a good trade. The opposite is true if the price is higher than the VWAP."
