You write that the competitors are using existing infrastructure. Is this supplied free of charge?
Do they pay the ports authorities anything for use of the ports facilities?
Do they pay , FMG I presume for use of rail facilities? How much do they pay each provider per tonne?

Is that more or less than the cost to PLV, say for benefication because we know that PLV will not be paying a "port and rail facilities" per tonne rate after capitalisation?

Secondly, you write about "competitors." You mentioned one in your earlier post which I think has been unfortunately deleted. But that's just one, and doesn't make a case. Who are the others that are comparable in size and output to PLV?
