Yeah, I am thinking the silence surrounding mlx is positive but can't be certain.
On the other hand I am not confident at all about mlx winning over Tanami in court case BUT what a great result if mlx gets damages awarded. That will put a spin on companies who think contracts are a leverage tool to bring in other companies to make higher bids!
Anyway love to hear more good news next month and that recent spike from mid 1.30 to mid 1.4's last week to me sent a signal that all is well at mlx. Hate to be to confident though.
