What is the right inference to draw from this tweet??
What basis can it be said that China has catagorically invested USD$285 mil, just for roads for AVZ????
or, should the inference be more along the lines of the China's investment in roads was more to support development of other investments within the DRC that China has current stakes in, of which AVZ 'may' potenially form part of in the future....???
