What view can you share as to why this 'snippet' of information has been released just now, when the first 200 kms of road has been purported to have been finished 6 months ago.

Nothing in the announcement confirms exclusivity its just for AVZ, if that was to be the case, instead of being 'advised' would AVZ not have been a key stratigic stakeholder during early negotiations?

Further, just because ML tweets, 50 cents minimum per share for TO, in line with your take on ML's road just for AVZ tweet, it seems your subscribing to the view this makes it 'abundantly clear' this is exactly what will occur.
