Not sure your formula is correct with regards to "trolls & downrampers", hard to quantify the impact of that.

If you truly believe trolls and downrampers are having such a significant impact to the retrace and capping of the SP, then surely the same must apply with uprampers ie :

AVZ party faithful + (ML Tweets x multi post upramp ) + current SP x 2.13 = "possible" TO target.

No arguement the SP is being 'capped' at present for VWAP suppression, why exactly that's the $ ?, however, should a TO happen in the immediate future, I don't see it happening until late January 2018 + any delays in drilling and analysis onwards, of course all IMO.
