Altura Mining had to withdraw a resolution from their AGM...

Altura Mining had to withdraw a resolution from their AGM recently for 10% placement facility. This was because their market cap increased to over $300M by the AGM date, and is not permitted under ASX rules.
AVZ now finds themselves in the same situation so I assume will also have to withdraw the resolution.
Hopefully this doesn't adversely affect any negotiations taking place. Taking a 10% stake on-market would be an excellent alternative.
