Do you mean the application has been withdrawn by CNX? If so has this been made public by the company and what do they intend to do with the 3 engines?

I agree with you; I don't think QLD is all that important to our story anymore. Companies overseas see it as unnecessarily over-regulated in Aus and CNX is a great eg of a company with great technology that can't get a go here. Govt needs to weigh up the threat presented to towns by coal dust laced with high levels of mercury and cadmium (established fact) to possible threat of contamination to water tables.
