hey Kenny and others, didn't you all read the AGM where they are trying to get another 100mil shares up for offer to sophisticated and professional investors? If you vote in favor of it then you cannot participate in it? So when that gets approved on the 11th (as management holds to many shares for it not to go through) then we get diluted. added to that 100 mil shares they can put on an additional 90 mil shares (without approval) if they so desire, Hence the road shows to drum up sophisticated & professional investor interest. I am surprised that people are surprised that they are looking at capital raising when it has been announced for a month now. I wonder if the person with the 1.3 mil shares at 19 cents thinks they will be asked to participate in the raising.
