Re tungsten, I presume they're talking about converting to APT. That means leaching, purifying then precipitating the product. It's a well-trodden path, so should be easy to crunch the numbers. I presume they're talking about CAPEX. If they toll convert, they may as well just sell the concentrate and be done with it. Where's the advantage?
