this share price is still being manipulated and there is no doubt about it as was evident by the recent fall to 22 when "coincidently" the placement was announced at 22. Before it was manipulated at 46 for those of you who have forgotten. now it is being capped for whatever reason until THEY decide. On one hand they release encouraging results but meanwhile the stock is capped. they think that by being more forethcoming with their announcements and thanking investors for their support they can cover our eyes with wool as to whats really going on.
