from the quarterly
A meeting of CBH shareholders was held on 2 May 2008 which approved the reduction of capital by
way of pro-rata distribution of the Company’s shares in Kimberley Metals Limited. This transaction
became effective on 19 May 2008 and CBH shareholders were issued with shares in Kimberley Metals
on a 1 for 9.5 share basis. The pre-development projects, Sorby Hills, Mineral Hill and Constance
Range are now part of Kimberley Metals.
This initiative will allow CBH to focus on its core operations, whilst Kimberley Metals will operate as an
independent company with a separate management team and its own corporate strategy.
Sounds like the spin off will go ahead..
