If u think it might drop 22.5% or more from todays price then sell now, otherwise hold for the 12 months.
I've been burnt before holding out for tax reasons only to see the SP drop 90% and it screwed me over. Lesson learnt, if you think its gonna drop, forget tax and just sell.
But in OBJ's case I'm still holding and not thinking of selling yet...
