hold or sell?

For those who are remaining with stock, do you plan to hold or sell?

I sold 15% of my stake to get a nice chunk of RFG cheaply but I plan to keep most of my remaining Oaks even beyond the offer. I understand that Minor could whittle away at the value to chase the remaining stock holders, but I feel they would only do this if they got close enough to 90% to make it worth their while. And even if they did, they would probably make another offer which may or may not be any greater to lure any remaining investors. Or make an attractive offer to a remaining major holder.

So I feel fairly safe holding my shares to make a better judgement after Minor have cleaned out the boardroom. Hopefully I don't get stuck with more foreign stock, which tends to happen when I hold my stock.
