Hold or Sell?
ENV and APA are not the favourites of brokers although they are both good income stocks for long term investors. Having held ENV since they floated and taken up the issues along the way what to do now?
I was pleased when ENV ceased to be a stapled security as a normal dividend stock is easier when selling as the messy calculations for return of capital make the calculations messier to handle. Do I want to convert to another stapled security, will the price appreciate further? and how long might it all take ?.
Interested in the views of other holders.
