Protecting capital is most important considering we are not there yet but you also would like to be onboard if it does take off all of a sudden which might be weeks away. In purchase price between 20c - 30 c shouldn't worry too much in IMO but lets see how this week pans out. I got out because of my low risk appetite but wouldn't mind buying later if it comes down further Or closer to FDA..
