With a tech stock, the PE is usually pretty generous because of the upside built round a positive future. The future is all about technology.

The IP is as valuable as its control over a market for x years and its appeal to other companies in a takeover scenario. If they have patent protection and they dominate a new market, then the IP is key and the big tech stocks become totally fascinated. If ADRC gets a good grip on the market then yes the big tech stocks will be bidding hard for it.

This stock has been suppressed so much, that it is basically under the control of a big player that maybe intends on cashing in when the real money starts being made. Actual cash in the bank. So the first 4C showing good income and good projected growth. When that happens every big bank, fund etc will want part of the action and they will pay and the capper will sell.

All the capper might really hang around for the big payday when the takeovers come in.

Either way I wish someone would take him out.
