Tough call.

Does the rising dollar hurt them much? Don't think so but I'm not sure.

I believe there is upside in their recent purchase. The management are pretty good at squeezing an extra dollar or two out of a coal mine.

Depends what your after I guess, I think the easy profits have been made.
