Why would Mitsui bother unless it saw unrealised potential
They also accept the risks of the unknowns
As a shareholder you have been relieved of that
At least for AWE there was a auction with 3 bidders so the final price was informed
Now you could invest your money in other oil gas stocks if that is your area of interest
