nickel up 19% today. glencore will have a full takeover in mind, and mopping up the minority holderes at $2 a share after the rights issue should present little problem on a business case for them if nickel keeps heading back up. as for a divvy, who needs it when the rights issue looks like paying an instant 50%+ premium?
