Just a general question, which I probably should post on general but I know there are a lot of smart people here who can answer.
There was a time when if company went into liquidation it meant you couldn't claim capital or investment losses on the shares because you never actually sold them and couldn't.
I have a sneaky feeling that may have changed.
Anyone know for sure?
