Sorry seajay, you seem to be confusing a news paper article with the facts, the followup well was in a completely different area in a completely different and much deeper struture, it was called Courbine and was a duster. It must be rembered that Mauritania is a completely new province and the first 2 wells were drilled purely to test different geologies to get some idea of the where the oil was contained. The partners have done their homework and are now drilling the salt diapurs [salt domes] which are proving positive, and there aare still dozens to go apparently.
