I think the air has been let out of their tyres. Desperation will creep in now and add to that that there is now a fear of getting landed with legal costs and compensation. Fear of losing money is not on everyones wish list.
Maybe a few are questioning the DAP's true intentions. ie using Lynas for political gain no matter what the cost. Disinformation
We can see a splitting in the ranks already and by putting pressure on the Mosques to stage rallies from is further splitting the people. I think it very unfair for them to put the Mosques in a situation like this. Also a lot of this is out of step with true Muslim beliefs and I am pretty sure there would be some academic out there looking and pulling this apart for his/her next paper.
In hindsight the DAP should have got behind Lynas and used a platform of creating jobs, wealth, science education etc to win office, as Lynas is safe!
If DAP digs in I am afraid they will be digging their own financial grave. Something they cannot afford to do.
