This one is now only a small part of my portfolio. I divested all my James Hardie shares today as it seems resources stocks are the place to be. Boral on the other hand might be the little bit of my portfolio that I leave in, just to earn some dividends. The only thing worrying me is that the construction industry isn't showing signs of slowing down in Australia ( I work in the industry) so my thesis could be flawed. I do think we will see a slow down in the US.
