The equivalent price for EXT will depend on the exchange rate. Currently is about $8.95. Add to that 10% premium for an expected counter bid from RIO => $10 (approx) which equates to 30% above today's price. Then the market will compare Husab with Hathor and may consider EXT to be vastly under valued => 40% (or more) above today's share price.
(Note: when I made my calculation the sp was around $7.73)
