Within the next 3 months, we should know where we stand with Monty, Bogdan, and hopefully Togo.

The final Peelwood paperwork is also due to be submitted in December.

We also obviously have further projects to come into the Company.

I guess we only need one of the above to go ahead for a significant re-rate to occure, if all 4 do, well the Directors will be busy boys indeed!
