No, they are waiting for the ATO to confirm that scrip for scrip rollover relief will be given but this should be a formality. Then there would be no CGT event when you change over to Coeur shares and CGT will only be paid when you sell the Coeur shares (and you'd still get the 50% discount for holding BSG for over 12 months).
