Kin et al must disclose on every day when the holding (including associates) increases (cumulatively) by 1.00% or more from their last notice.
You are right- absence of a notice means that under 1.0% has been acquired since the 84.46% reported on 28 Dec. That 1.0% must include all acquisitions, whether acceptances under the bid or bought on market by Kin etc.
