while there is a lot of concern about CA and delisting and whether he approached a fund etc, I got a feeling RG just wanted 100% of this thing. Why? He spent out almost 100 million already. What's it on agenda for him? I think it is that 160 millions from the sale of 50% of crate pool.
So, I feel the under battle is whether it goes into RG's pocket or for Pact to pay the debt? Hold guys, by February, if he can't get there, the money will pay down to the debt and the condition will be better.
