This is what I have from excel sheet calculation

1251 owning less than 600 shares

556 owning between 600 shares+ to 1000 shares

1676 owning between 1000+ to 5000 shares

425 owning between 5000+ shares to 10 k shares

443 owning from 10k + to 100 k

43 owning from 100 k+ to 200 millions including multiples account from Ruffy's holding.

So 1251+556+1676+425+443+43 = 4394 share holders

The reason I put from 1-600 shares is because the requirement of the threshold of each holders at 84 cents needs to have around 596 shares to meet $500 requirement. So, if I have to count it, 3143 share holders, more or less holding a parcel worth more than $500. Of course, some are excluded by Ruffy's account, but I would say Ruffy's association in this take over bid is less than 10, named it Kin's Bennamon, etc...


So, there are at least between 3100-3200 eligible holders at this stage.

Keep in mind that even those owning less than 600 shares, many are at 1 share (162 holders) some at 10 shares or so, but the way I look at the list, they belong to a family or a small fund, so could be traders, allocated it. It also means the one that under 600 shares are fluctuated depending on the trading activity.

I will try to find more information from this excel sheet.
