Hi Giz your question post got me thinking. How can it be that RG being a chairman and at the same time being attempting to buy out the company completely is not seen as insider buying? How can this be legal? He will always have more information than any other shareholder.
The biding has gone on for a while now Surely there is new information inside somewhere that is commercial sensitive that he would know about and people like you and me would not yet be aware of surely.
