nuix reporting a lost of $2m due to $9m in lawyer fee...
thats mean we should be in profit of $7 if there no lawyer fees...
we got 3 class action which all overlapping....
as stated on podcast nuix is not worry about the court cases...
i do not believe nuix will loss....
either way it a long hold... hope Macquarie going back nuix... they do have some liability ...
lets see what happen soon...
