Just adding my 2c.

The news was not a totally bad news. It is expected more or less by the market and factored into GGP SP as shown by 2.1 close from 2.2.

I missed my 1.9 order today, net died for 30 minutes at critical time. But I was lucky enough to put the order in to sell Vil at 2.3.

The only reason I sold vil was because it has no cash to drill another hole, CR will always drop the price and I can reenter later, GGP is a in different situation so hence a good buy at current prices.
