Following ML most recent tweet about AVZ SP valuation. What is the implication of bringing in a team of specialist to bring Manono to mine?

I understand a TO is potentially happening and mentioned alot that KE is not a miner. However is it possible to bring in some specialist to realise the value of manono ourselves rather than a TO.
