This sort of advice is wrong. DYOR but this is standard behaviour that happens with ANY emerging technology.

Revenue - Nothing substantial at only $9k
This is high-risk Micro-cap. It's moved in the manner one would think it's now a Small-cap but it's not. Anyone can hold this at ANY time especially AFTER they prove the technology at the commercial level where it's ready for production. The SP will run as it almost has to $1 if not $1.50, if they win ANY contracts then revenue flows and once they break even and are banking $$$ expect this to smash $2-$3+ so there opportunity every step of the way and it's much safer at these stages then now.
I think as an LT hold this has legs but not this year.
