"Mr Devereux said all options for improving productivity were on the table and the company would work closely with unions and workers to develop a fair and reasonable proposal in line with other local manufacturers across all industries"
Personally think holden/GM need to improve build quality based on the Holden Cruze I have with : bits falling off (sunglass holder ,door rubbers , plastics that scratch easily- poor tyre adhesion, over reving on up shifting of automatic, poor fuel economy blind spot from A pillar inability to quickly dip headlights turbo lag paint that easily scratches and chips
Maybe then customers would feel confident enough to buy the vehicles instead of having to resort to Japanese vehicles for quality.
