That is offensive to the australian motor car industry to say they shouldn't be govt supported. Don't see too many other countries where the labour rate is so high and is not afforded tarriff relief?
Increase the tariffs for all cars imported and we might see the car industry gain its legs again in this unfair environment with unions dominating the scene.
