I just looked at this video in full... Jeez, looking at it driving away, that seems like a long, flat back, doesn't it ?..... almost like a Ute with a Ferrari front end bolted on. I'm hoping that's just the camera angle or lens.
And... still no mention of the 'Vette on the Holden.com.au website...... probably the prospect of finally having a decent vehicle in their stable has them all down with a case of "the vapors".
Back to my rant about pricing. $60K USD = approximately $85K Aussie. Somehow they're saying it will be slightly south of $200K when it comes on the market here. The cost of shipping is not much, less than $1000 a car.. the rest is made up of Government theft.
Now if only Holden can get the price down to say $100K it will be a runaway best seller, the Europeans can pack up and send their 2 door coupes home. But at $200K, the lower end Porsches and M Sports BMWs begin to look more compelling.
