Well in my humble opinion. When looking at the cashflow statement customer receipts YOY it's evident that it's making increased sales. SYD data centre has been around less than a year and TAS only a few months. All components including the power generator are ready for MELB, they need only permission for the power usage. There is upside to DXN past 4 cents.
This business is very new and will be risky by nature.
NEXTDC started same MK size 10 years ago. I held some shares of NEXTDC around $1 once, sold them for about a 25% gain thinking I'd made a great trade at the time... Well that turned out to be a big mistake.
