holder finished selling, share north bound

Phew, that was a tough 3 weeks, even with a patient approach towards accumulation.Even a true believer has legs going soft under, when the relentess selling continued week after week.We had been buying in a falling RIA market because a large holder choosed to lighten off.
I bought because of peace coming to the Ivory Coast at last with the previous government finally fallen in.I also thought RIA is tremendous value at this level. Those that believed must be buying continuously for the SP to be turning and going up in the last 2 days.
With the seller gone, RIA SP is likely to run up fairly quickly as I think the selling has been over done.However DYOR as I am stating my own opinion, others may have a different view. Holders may have somthing to look forward to, now.
