re: avl ore to mufulira
My understanding is that the reason the AVL ore historically has not gone to Zambia is because of the extortionate tariffs imposed on imported ores by the Zambian government. If I remember correctly this tariff has recently been repealed however there is a continuing problem in that the particular ore type from Dikulushi is not well understood by the Zambian smelters. Conversely the Kapulo ore is well understood and concentrates from here would almost certainly go to Zambia.
