Agree to some extent "outie".

Last AGM a suggestion that AVL pay dividends ASAP was not totally accepted, but then the company was still struggling at that time.

Any dividend would certainly make "outsiders" sit up and take notice. Has my backing! Even a modest dividend - what say 1c per share?

However management are not aiming for a quick buck and are not into short term thinking.

Excellent exploration areas are on hand and will be investigated - using some of the profits.
There is exploration at hand in Vietnam as well as Congo.

The possibility of AVL taking on the role of managers for new projects in Congo has also been contemplated.
This no doubt would be on more than favourable terms for AVL.

Paying off Bank loans will also be a likely priority.

Management also indicated a spread of interests would ensure stability and suggested aquiring gold mine was on their mind. Not being starry eyed about gold this does not take me in.

Also remember to stated objectiv of AVL company is to create a world ranking mining company.

Others can decide whether this is possible or likely!
