How do you put a statistical bent on a countries risk Stone P.All I know is its well up there.
I have absolutely no problem with the situation as far as Stheast DRCs concerned and probably the ability of avl/BT to manage the risk factor.However the market does.Ive argued adinfinitum that it shouldnt be a factor previously,but it is.The price says that.
Im back in,not nearlly as long as I was before,but more on the expectation that BT might get some buying happening with his broker presentation and the fact there might be some news re stage II soon.Good I hope!
