Susquehanna have the right, but not the obligation, to exercise the warrants at $0.0494 within 5 years, but only if they choose, for a further $26M
Q. What happens if the SP remains subdued and CVI choose not to exercise ?? A. IMU is in deep financial doo doo ! (and based on their previous corporate behaviour CVI will leverage this power over IMU financing to the max !)
By the way, I'm suprised no one has picked up the huge 'gotcha' on a Change of Control for the warrants, particularly if the SP is below the exercise price. I'll leave you to use your considerable financial analysis skills to interpret that. (Spoiler alert, remaining SH'rs will be doubly screwed)
