Are you serious? You blantly stated management are taking money off the bottom line, share based payments are vendor performance shares they are reversed out as issued they are not losses nor are they money. The losses are attributed to operational cost and infastructure purchases. I think you need to check your hr values, i dont hide the fact i know Ben. He is a great engineer and now coo and would get $175+ in just about any technical or operational position. He has also put in 1million of his own money.
I don't ever discourage opinion, but you need to sort your facts first losses are NOT management taking money it is the operational cost which has always been stated. Dont come in or do who cares, just dont accuse these guys of taking money, you wont find a more honest guy than Ben.
