The share price won't really affect them - there's not many chances to buy 105m shares on market without pushing the price up + the share price on expiry isn't always a fair representation of the companies value. Effectively they'll just do the maths on if it's worth 2.5c or more in the future and make a decision accordingly. I would be surprised if they don't exercise their options.
