After the demise of EGO I only occasionally review HotCopper posts. Today I find that there is a Shareholders Vote (and in my case via Proxy) by the apparent beneficiary of the vote Trident.
Up until today, I have had no e-mail or snail mail notification of the meeting or voting. I intend to vote no to all questions but do not want to appoint Trident as my Proxy. What can I do? Is there any other individual going to the meeting that could be my Proxy and ensure my NO votes are recorded? Why is there no on-line voting options?
