Never looked at this company before but read your post mookie11 and thought it sounds a lot like the Breakaway Resources story (BRW). Surprise, surprise- same contractor - Barminco.

In BRWs case they were both contractor and largest shareholder so they took the mine after first getting BRW to invest millions improving it. BRW has since been doing further 'streamlining' of its asset base without seeing a cent from its previous investments.

Sounds like AUZ holders got off lightly. Check the top 20 though!
