- a distinct possibility of a BIG Chinese oil coy being on the other end of the GSA as the second Chinese JV customer
- Beach showing the encouraging results of their shale gas drilling
- Beach talking to SA Govt re LNG exports out of Port Bonython SA
- people realising that ICN could well be able to supply gas from C/B

the issue of funding ICN share of C/B development could very probably be resolved by the new (un-named) Chinese JV partner taking an equity share.
Just look at the EXE announcement.

EXE sold 50% share for $50m of exploration commitment in their Galilee permits.
