great fantastic afvice given the amount of trades I do believe my account will support that i have worked as a trader I other tax deduction from investing (investment proprty) so I thinkmy average tax rate will come down further however even at 30% tax rate will help minimise the loss.

I will read ato advise hoever I lost about 6K in 2001 on the market trading my margin loan (I wish i held those stocks now ) newcrest being a major one anyway he clasifyed me as a trader than and ato payed the refund
